OKEHAMPTON and District Cats Protection is having a busy month with a free neutering scheme and a new phone number for people ringing up about cats in their care.

During April, the organisation is running the neutering campaign for those with cats who live in the EX20 area. For information on the neutering vouchers call Pat on 01837 55409.

The organisation has also replaced its old 0845 number for enquiries regarding cats in their care — the new number is 01837 738028.

Cat lover Keeley Hoad will be doing her bit for felines in need when she takes on the Brighton Marathon this Sunday (April 12), to support Okehampton's Cats Protection branch.
