The Palairet team lost to Teign Valley in the first round at Downes Crediton.
The junior East Devon League team had another excellent victory at Exeter Golf and Country Club.
The Dartmoor League team won three and a half to one and a half against Manor, Moretonhampstead at home.
The weekend of May 10 and 11 the Mid Devon Foursomes was held at Okehampton and Downes Crediton and again was a success.
Mr and Mrs D Keir were first in the mixed 36 hole with 67 points; D Potter and J Brewer were first in the single sex 36 hole with 68 points; M Cox and C Hurley were first in the 18 hole scratch with 32 points; P Murphy and C Ball were first in the 18 hole handicap with 37 points.
