The Mount House girls' hockey teams won all four recent games against Kelly College. In the 1st XI game, Mount House controlled the first period, making sure that most of the play was in the Kelly half. Mount House goalkeeper Charlotte Pickard made several great saves, and Charlotte FitzGerald controlled the middle of the pitch. Ella Hartley at centre forward was responsible for much of the pressure on the Kelly goal. Lucy Sharp scored twice and Michelle Pearn once for a 3-0 victory. In the U13 B team Mount House team played well in the first half, using the large pitch well. There were some good attacks on the Kelly goal, and from one of these, Georgia Carrick scored. In the second half, the Mount House girls continued to play well and had much of the play, but determined Kelly defence kept the final score to one goal to nil. The much improved U11 A team took to the pitch as an assertive well-drilled unit. Phoebe Malcolm scored the first goal and the other strikers gained in confidence. Mount House ran out 8-1 winners, with goals from Izzy Norris, Phoebe Malcolm (3), and Poppy Hartley (4). The U11 B won 3-0 with goals from Emma Paul, Sophie Essex and Holly Wixon.
