TAVISTOCK Foodbank received a record amount of food this harvest with the scales tipping over a ton in weight. The foodbank committee would like to express their sincere thanks for the ongoing support of the local community. The number of parcels issued has risen slightly, however, we are well placed to get through the Christmas period. If the community wishes to continue to donate, the foodbank would be delighted to receive more seasonal product, for example, mince pies, xmas cake, chocolates and squash. Many thanks.
