THE next session for blood donors in the Okehampton area will take place at the Charter Hall next week.
The National Blood Transfusion Service is particularly keen to attract some new donors to come along and join the regulars. This valuable service relies heavily on the public spirited generosity of the donors, whose donations of blood help save numerous lives.
A spokesperson said: ?New donors are always most welcome and, if possible, should attend early on in the session.?
The Okehampton dates are Thursday and Friday, February 13 and 14. There are two sessions each day ? from 1.30pm to 3.15pm and 5pm to 7.15pm.
