NORTH Tawton's Taw Valley Creamery has been awarded the prestigious Danisco Grand Prix trophy for its mature cheddar at this year's Frome Agriculture and Cheese Show.

The creamery picked up an impressive total of 18 awards, including eight golds and five silvers. Milk Link, which owns the creamery, continued its run of success winning a combined total of 36 awards from its creameries.
