A FANTASTIC prize fund of more than £1,000 is on offer at a special charity golf day being held at Okehampton later this summer.
The ninth annual Okehampton and District Lions Club Golf Day will take place on Friday September 3.
To date, the popular event has raised more than £40,000 for Children?s Hospice South West and organisers are hoping this year will be just as successful as past competitions.
In addition to the prize fund, there is a magnificent first prize on offer of a golfing break at the prestigious St Pierre Golf and Country Club at Chepstow.
