LEGENDARY singer, acoustic and slide guitarist Martin Simpson is at the top of his game — and will be appearing in Calstock this month.

Martin was once again nominated for musician of the year at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards this year.

He has twice won this award  previously and is the current holder of album of the year 2008 for 'Prodigal Son' and best original song for 'Never any Good'.

The bar opens at 7.15pm, with the performance beginning at 8pm.
