A TALK on the newly designated Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site will be hosted by the Devon Archaeological Society in Exeter next Tuesday (November 7). This will be the first in the winter series of evening lectures held by the society at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Queen Street. They begin at 8pm and are free to enter. The speaker will be Cornwall County Council archaeologist and world heritage site bid manager Nick Johnson.
