WEST Devon and Torridge MP John Burnett welcomed some special visitors to Westminster recently. They were sixth form law students from Okehampton Community College who, with their tutor, David Hunt, enjoyed a tour of the House of Commons. They then joined Liberal Democrat Mr Burnett in a committee room at Portcullis House for an informal question and answer session. The students felt the visit gave them a better understanding of the work carried out in parliament.
