SPOONERS and West Dartmoor Pony Club held a successful Christmas Show at Leawood last weekend.

There was a large turnout with lots of Lone Rangers (younger members) taking part, who especially enjoyed the liberal amounts of chocolate on offer!

The festive fun began with the fancy dress class which saw a couple of knights, a penguin, a racing zebra, Mary and Joseph and a Mexican horseman!

The jumping classes began after a visit from an important man dressed in red with a white beard who dished out presents for all the excited children. The junior committee must be congratulated on working so hard to make the day such a success, organising the day and doing their own catering, judging and announcing.
