KELLY College U12 VII netball team took part in their Plymouth Area end of season tournament last week in Plymouth.
In the pool matches, they played eight games of seven minutes, gaining six wins with one loss and one draw.
Pool match results: against Tavistock College 0-0, draw; Notre Dame School 6-0, win; Devonport HIgh School for Girls 2-1, win; Stoke Damerel School 6-1, win; John Kitto Community College 4-0, win; Estover School 3-0, win; Plymstock School 1-4, loss; and Lipson School 3-0, win.
This set of results won the team a place in the semi-finals. After a close match against Plymouth College, the full-time result was 4-4. After two minutes? extra time, the team ran out 6-5 winners.
This brought Kelly up against Plymstock School in the final. The score was the same as in the pool game, a 1-4 loss.
