WALKERS are being invited to join hundreds of others in a trek along the Jurassic Coast to raise money to change lives.

Join the Sue Ryder charity on this trek across England's first World Heritage Site, which boasts secluded coves, dramatic sea arches, rare wildflowers and cliffs.

The trek takes place from September 21 to 23.

All money raised through the walk will support health and social care charity Sue Ryder to provide end of life and long-term care to people living with complex care and support needs.

These include cancer, dementia, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury.

Fundraiser at Sue Ryder Chris Andrews, said: 'This Jurassic Coast trek is a fantastic opportunity to see some of the most beautiful scenery in England and enjoy a lovely UK holiday, all while raising money for an incredible cause.'

The event costs £80 to register and there is a fundraising target of £500 — this could pay for 24 hours of expert nursing care at one of Sue Ryder's care centres.
