SOUTH Hams and West Devon Primary Care Trust has re-appointed non-executive director Jennifer Gicquel from Dousland.
Ms Gicquel has been re-appointed for the next four years and a trust spokesman said she had ?a wealth of valuable experience to draw upon?.
Ms Gicquel lectures in further/adult education and currently teaches business studies in the sixth form of a school and law for adult continuing education in Plymouth. She is also a trustee of Independence South West, which provides day care and respite services for adults with severe and multiple disabilities.
Her experience also includes being a school governor and practical knowledge of equal opportunities and tribunal work.
Sally Foxhall, chairman of the board for the trust, said Ms Gicquel was looking forward to continuing the work already undertaken by herself. The trust runs four community hospitals in the area, including Tavistock, and works with local GPs and community health care staff.
