I AM writing to remind the residents and tradesmen of Okehampton that Jacobs Pool is a private residential estate. It is neither owned or managed by the local authority or by a housing association.
If builders, scaffolders, property maintenance companies or window fitters want to gain access to other properties across Jacobs Pool then they should in the first instance contact the Jacobs Pool Management Company Ltd who represent leaseholders.
