The RAC Gold Ribbon award recognises the finest standards in comfort, cuisine, customer care and service, the Blue Ribbon acknowledges a level of true excellence in those same areas that will ensure guests experience first class standards. The White Ribbon recognises high standards coupled with a recognisable level of commitment, enthusiasm and warmth of service. The highest accolade for hotels is the Little Gem award, presented to properties that offer superb standards and create a real home from home atmosphere for their guests.
