OKEHAMPTON Library has two activity sessions planned for the half term to keep children busy.

On Tuesday, May 26 the Castle Drogo team will be at the library from 2pm to 4pm to tacke number 36 of the '50 Things to Do before you're 11' — make a home for a wild animal. This is a free activity to inspire children and families to get outdoors and take on the other 49 activities on the list.

On Wednesday, May 27 from 10.30am to 1pm families are invited to bring along their children aged over five to a session about healthy eating run by Learn Devon. There will be a chance to make smoothies and learn some new ideas for lunch box fillers and taste them all at the end.

This is a free event and bookings need to be made in advance at the library.
