VOLUNTEERS are being sought for Dartmoor Prison to help on the play project, tea bar and the visitor centre. Prison Advice and Care Trust is organising the search for people willing to help with the many services in the prison. To work in the visitor centre volunteers will need to explain what is happening to the visitor and give comfort and support. The play project is for the children when they visit. PACT is a charity supporting the families of prisoners and working to minimise the harm imprisonment inflicts on families, individuals and communities.
