TAVISTOCK Chamber of Commerce is urging businesses in the town to get their gardening gloves out and enter the annual Tavistock in Bloom competition.
There are three categories of floral displays which will be judged by the chamber on July 19.
These are for window boxes, hanging baskets and front of house displays.
Last year the Market Inn was given its trophy to keep after winning its category for the third time in a row.
Organisers of the event are hoping for lots of entries this year.
