FORMER employees of Buckland Abbey are being sought to help with research into the history of the property.
Michael Coxson, property manager, said the assistance of employees prior to 1948 or their relatives was being sought regarding the layout and uses of the rooms in the house and the workings of the garden and estate.
Letters, books, newpaper cuttings, photographs and any other memorabilia would also be welcomed from former employees or members of the public to help complete the picture of the past of the National Trust property.
