VICTORIA Callow of Kelly College competed at the South West Area Tetrathlon at Bicton College, Devon.
Victoria, a member of the Kelly College Swim Squad, was representing Lamerton Pony Club in the tetrathlon which is a two day event. On the first day, Victoria scored 840 points on the turning target shoot which she followed up with a personal best swim which left her in fifth place overnight. Victoria's swim was the best overall swim.
Day two started with a cross country ride consisting of 22 jumps and a slip rail and gate. Victoria and her horse Zennor achieved a clear on the cross country course and after a 45 minute break, Victoria completed a 1500m run in a good time, to move her into second place overall.
Victoria said: 'I am very proud of myself and my horse as it is only the second time we have competed at cross country and our first ever tetrathlon.'
