CHILDMINDERS in the Okehampton area recently took a day trip to a new soft play area in the town.

The Okehampton and Area Childminders' group visited the Okey Cokey play centre on North Road Industrial Estate.

The group were able to take advantage of a new incentive, enabling Ofsted registered childminders to have a £1 reduction in entry fee per child.

The group had great fun enjoying the centre's facilities, and hope to visit again soon.

Okehampton and Area Childminders try to meet up throughout the year to network, share news and socialise.
