A FUN-packed day was enjoyed by almost 100 children who attended this year's Christmas S:CAPE fun day held at Tavistock Methodist Church (pictured left).

A fantastic time was had by all with a morning session for infants and an afternoon session for juniors. The day included games, challenges, crafts, painting, singing, competitions, dancing and the retelling of the events of the first Christmas.

The event was organised by Tavistock Methodist Church's (TMC) family work team and is just one of an array of events and activities provided.

Chris Harding, family worker at TMC, said: 'It was an amazing day. To turn the whole of TMC into a fun factory for the day and to share the good news of Jesus with so many was brilliant.'
