TAVISTOCK Community Gospel Choir will be among the acts performing at an evening of entertainment hosted by Hospital Radio, Plymouth, on Saturday May 29.

The Grand Variety Show, to raise funds for the radio station, will be compered by Radio Plymouth presenter Douglas Mounce and takes place at Devonport Playhouse on Fore Street, Devonport at 7pm.

Other acts include steel drum band Real Steel and singer Diane James, as well as comedians, beat boxers and break dancers.

Fundraising committee member Josh Andrews said: 'The show will include great acts for all the family and I would love to see you all there.'
