CHILDREN under eleven years old in Buckland Monachorum parish can collect their free golden jubilee commemorative medals from the village hall on the mornings of July 13 and 20.
The special souvenirs, produced by the Royal Mint to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee, were delayed due to high demand and were finally received by the Parish Council last week.
The medals will be presented to the children by council chairman Peter Brown.
