GB Property Management & Lettings are a family run business specialising in letting residential properties across the West Devon and East Cornwall area. Glenda Bassett established the company in 1991, with her daughter Nancy Williams joining her as a partner in 2004.

The company has gone from strength to strength and has just won Gold for Best Lettings Branch of the Year in Tavistock and the PL19 area and Silver award for Best Lettings Branch of the Year in Devon with The AllAgents 2021 Estate & Letting Agent Awards.

These awards are voted for by landlords and tenants based on service they provide. They also won in 2019-2020 Gold in the British Property Awards and Silver 2019 Property Lettings AllAgents Award for the PL19 area.
