RAY Hanly (pictured right) must have done something wrong ? his staff at Ginsters want him to jump off a tall building! The operations director at Ginsters head office in Callington is witnessing his staff rallying around to sponsor him to take part in CHICKS? ?Get your Boss to jump off a Building? event. The jump is taking place at the National Marine Aquarium on Saturday, September 22. Mr Hanly, 33, has agreed to take part in the event which aims to raise funds for locally based children?s charity CHICKS (Country Holidays for Inner City Kids). Mr Hanly said: ?The challenge went out to all of the Ginsters Board ? but it appears that I am the only one brave enough, or reckless enough, to make the leap. ?I get a real buzz out of this sort of thing, so I am really looking forward to it, and have set myself the goal of raising £1,500 for CHICKS.? Event Organiser, Nicola Bean, said: ?Ginsters have been supporting CHICKS for the past seven years and we are delighted that the staff will be getting behind Mr Hanly in this challenge. ?The event is open to everyone over the age of 10 so if you have a colleague, team-mate, friend or relative who you would like to see jump off a building please reserve your place now.? CHICKS provides free respite breaks for disadvantaged children from across the UK at its two specially equipped centres in Devon and Cornwall.
