THERE'S?a 'funeral' in Stoke Climsland next week, but it won't be a sombre affair!
The play, 'A Respectable Funeral', is the latest choice of Stoke Climsland Amateur Theatrical Society (SCATS) and will be performed in the Old School in the village from Thursday October 20 to Saturday.
'A Respectable Funeral' is the story of three middle-aged sisters who gather at their dead mother's house after the funeral.
They are making plans for the money they will inherit after the sale of the house — then their brother arrives and throws all their plans into confusion
Tickets cost £7.50, which includes a two-course meal and the show, and are available from Stoke Climsland Post Office — but availability is already limited.
