I SEE the opponents of the Tesco store have already made their pre-emptive strike, on the front page of the Times.

Well done BID. (That was an ironic 'well done').

Can they really tell us what is going to change in the High Street, or are they still going back to a survey that was carried in another town nowhere near here?

My thoughts are that BID are ignoring the facts, what people want and the fact that the High Street is not what it was. Already, in other words, they have made up their minds and nothing will change it.

If the builders in Anderton Lane and Callington Road, get the go ahead, how is Morrisons going to cope, they can't manage now.

Please get you heads out of the sand BID, it is 2014, not 1914.
