The civic ball hosted by Tavistock mayor David Whitcomb and his friend and fellow councillor Sue Bailey, was a great success.

The mayor of Celle, Herr Dirk-Ulrich Mende, and a member of staff from the council in Celle, Frau Gabriele Link, were guests of honour.
