FAMILY fun is being offered in the lead-up to Lent at Tavistock Parish Centre.

The Parish Centre will be providing hot, savoury and sweet pancakes for visitors of all ages, followed by an evening of board games on Tuesday February 16. The evening will start at 6pm and will cost £5 per person.

St Eustachius' Church will be marking the beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday, February 17, with a communion service at 10.30am and a sung service of holy communion at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome.
