THE Friends of the hospital in Okehampton are being given a tour of the wards following the recent closure and deep clean on Wednesday, April 14. 

They will also be able to see where carpeting has been replaced by new surfaces – all part of the fight against hospital acquired infection. 

The matron, Wendy Bellamy will show members around and describe the changes that have taken place and other proposed rearrangement of facilities.
