New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of West Devon’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Cantonese Kitchen, at 13 Market Street, Tavistock was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 27.

And Curry Express, at 2 Buckland Terrace, Yelverton was given a score of one on August 27.

It means that of West Devon's 32 takeaways with ratings, 22 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
