HIGH noon at Tawton Valley saw a sackful of goals.

Tawton started with good movement from the forwards causing a week Valley defence problems. With an injured Valley keeper Tawton scored two in ten minutes.

Not long after, conflict between the Valley defence and Tawton?s linesman caused the game to stop.

The referee intervened and the game was restarted. Two goals made it five by half-time.

In the second half Tawton were too confident, causing a slip up in defence and allowing Valley to pull one back.

A disputed offside decision saw Valley get another one back. Tawton?s heads dropped and good keeping from Valley stopped them scoring more.

Substitutions were made and within five minutes Tawton had scored again.

Valley were reduced to ten men as they had no subs. Tawton then attacked, scoring three more.

Five minutes from time Valley summed their day up with an own goal.
