FUNDRAISING for new toys and equipment is the focus for the South Zeal Pre-School committee in 2014.

The first fundraising event being organised by the committee is a bingo night in the Victory Hall on Saturday, March 15.

Doors open at 7pm with eyes down at 7.45pm. The committee is also planning an Easter bazaar on Saturday, April 19. Anyone who would like to book a table can call Yazz on 01837 849165.

The committee is hopeful that youngsters will be able to use the pre-school garden again in the near future.

Any donations of children's wellies, size seven to twelve, or waterproof trousers, for children aged three to five, would be gratefully appreciated. These can be donated to the pre-school directly, or a committee member can come and collect them.
