THE musical director of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain will be coming to The Clinton Hall in Merton on May 6 to direct the next workshop of the Winkleigh Singers.
Mike Brewer is a leading figure in choral music and is in demand worldwide for vocal workshops and guest conducting of choirs so the group are delighted to welcome him to North Devon.
The Winkleigh Singers, who have organised a number of successful workshops over the last few years, will be working on Mozart's C Minor Mass. On the search for a couple of tenors for the choir, the group feel the workshop will be a good occasion for singers to come and meet everyone.
