BACK by popular demand after a year's break, the Gulworthy Family Dog Show and Garden Fete will be held on Sunday (July 21) at Hele Farm.

The official opening by the mayor and mayoress of West Devon will take place at 2pm, although dog entries will be accepted from 1.30pm onwards.

The parish hall and Gulworthy Church have joined forces to stage this community event, with proceeds to be shared between their respective refurbishment projects.

A variety of stalls and sideshows, along with cream teas, will offer a great afternoon out.
