KICK start your Christmas festivities and join CHICKS for the annual Santa Sprint fun run in Callington next month.

Last year saw 200 Santas, of all ages, jogging through the streets of Callington in aid of children's charity CHICKS (Country Holidays for Inner City Kids) and 2014 aims to be bigger and better.

On December 6 at 3.30pm, the sprinting or jogging Santas will set off on a 1.5-mile route through Callington, finishing in time for the arrival of the 'real' Santa and switching on of the Christmas lights in the town square.

Entry is £10 per adult and £5 per child (aged 3 to 16), or £25 per family or four, which includes a Santa suit — you just need to bring along your festive cheer!
