I HAVE been left speechless about the amount of dog mess scattered across pavements and pathways in Parkwood Road, Tavistock, recently.

A mother with her child in a pushchair and holding another's hand walked right into a huge pile of dog faeces and had to try and clean everything off on the kerb!

Regularly, I go out and wash down the pavements to try and avoid seeing things like this happen.

Dog owners should remember not only is it a health hazard but not picking up after could see them getting a hefty fine!
