TYREMARKS of Tavistock is sponsoring seven local lads this year who are riding in the South West motocross championship.
Dartmoor MXC is hosting round 10 of the St Balzey SWOR championship on Sunday, August 8 at Yarnacombe Motocross track, near Modbury, South Devon - in the final event in the Dartmoor MXC's season.
Groups include expert's, senior's, junior's, youth (aged 9-13 and 14-17).

Mark Tillyer, the press officer of Dartmoor MXC, said: 'This track has been bought back into use this year and offers a natural track with natural gradients in the rolling hills of Devon with some great spectator viewing. '
Last time at this track the Tyremarks team from Tavistock had some good results with two of the team leaving with trophies with George Hopwood and Mark Tillyer finishing fourth and fifth respectively in there class.
On the day there will be a catering van, trade stand, toilets and medics present.
Practicing starts at 9.30am and racing starts from 10.30am.
All spectators welcome with entry £3 for adults and U16s go for free! Dogs allowed on leads.
