Dartmoor Chilli Farm grows its own chilli from seed to the full grown plant. A variety of chilli is on offer, from the sweet pepper to the Carolina Reaper, which is 900 times hotter than the jalapeño pepper! An assortment of products are made on the farm like jams, chutneys, chocolate and fudge, which appeals to all kinds of tastes. The Dartmoor Chilli Farm, run by Phil and Kay Palmer, has won the Green Award for being able to run the entire farm self-sufficiently, and also has won awards such as the Great Taste gold award for their chilli chocolate. Having run for eight years, Dartmoor Chilli Farm has achieved a high status in the chilli industry, and has attended many high profile festivals like the Newcastle chilli festival.
