FREE advice on a wide range of countryside management issues will be available at a new, monthly ?countryside clinic? to be held in West Devon.

The clinics will be held at Cookworthy Forest Centre near Halwill Junction and will be run jointly by South West Forest and DEFRA.

Attending the clinic will be advisers from these bodies, plus the Devon Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group, Westcountry Rivers Trust and Ruby Country Initiative.

Advice will be available on a wide variety of programmes including the Woodland Grant Scheme, Farm Woodland Premium Scheme, Countryside Stewardship, Rural Enterprise Scheme, Processing and Marketing Scheme and Vocational Training Scheme.

There will also be the opportunity for customers to access the internet using South West Forest?s computers.
