I WAS amazed to read in the Times (September 5) that a precise £2,619 is to be additionally spent on the market toilets.
Surely the block had been inspected and proved satisfactory before the contract was completed and there should be no further cost. Perhaps these essential items were not included in the original contract; or am I just naive?
