A COMMUNITY project aimed at people who want to learn computing has been set up at Kingdon House Community Centre in Tavistock. The Solo PC Training group has recently moved to the centre from its original base at the United Reformed Church. The courses held are in computing for all levels of expertise, and leisure courses for people who want to manage digital photography. Paper craft, which includes scrap and card making, is also covered by the project, and in January next year, there will be sewing classes, with sewing machines available to use.
