OKEHAMPTON Colts travelled to Tiverton for their 2nd fixture.
Tiverton were cut to pieces as Okehampton backs hit the gaps at full speed.
Okehampton racked up 6 tries to 1 with a fine display of style and panache.
Ian Sercombe set up the first score by jinking in and out leaving the Tiverton backline looking lost.
Tom Powell made the 2nd try from a double dummy move, hitting the gain line at full pace, splitting the defence and drawing the full back whilst popping the ball to Andrew Lewis for a try.
Lewis scored his second in the corner from scrum turnover ball with Sercombe running a miss move to create the space.
A similar move from ?off the top line out ball? with Sercombe looping to provide the scoring pass gave Lewis his hat trick.
The 4th try was from a 15m scrum with a blindside break from Simon Bennett feeding Turner on the burst who popped the ball to Gary Sizmur for the score. The final try came from a turnover scrum with Bennett diving over. Ian Sercombe slotted 2/3 of the conversions including 2 from the touchline.
