THE summer programme of events for the Tavistock Tennis Club is now well under way.
In the Plymouth and District League competitions there are six men's teams, 1 in Dv1, 1 in Dv2, 2 in Dv3, and 2 in Dv7. With the ladies there are two teams, one in Dv1 and 1 in Dv4. Other competitions are the Plymouth Knockout Cup (senior mixed doubles) and possibly the Handicap Bowl (seniors) and a series of friendly matches through the season.
