THE Inspiration Church in Okehampton is offering a free taxi service on Sundays to the Okehampton Gospel Hall for services. The taxi service is for anyone who would like to attend a Sunday service but finds it difficult to make it there because of transport problems, age or disability. The service is only available for Okehampton residents. Pastor Mike Davies said: ?We have operated a taxi service for some time, through one of the Okehampton taxi firms.? The church are aware that many people would like to attend a service, even if it is just to get out and meet others, but sometimes can?t because of logistical reasons. The Inspiration services are held at the Okehampton Gospel Hall, Crediton Road, Okehampton. They start at 9am and run until 10.15am. Tea and coffee are served after at the Inspiration Centre.
