A CHIMNEY fire at a property in Station Road, Bow, was tackled by firefighters from North Tawton last Sunday. The blaze was confined to the main chimney and firefighters used hose-reels to extinguish it. Firefighters arrived at the scene at around noon, and the crew remained there for two hours before being stood down.
