Tavistock 2nds 2 Foxhole 2 TAVISTOCK entertained East Cornwall premier league champions Foxhole at Langsford Park. The East Cornwall side started the brighter and took a 20 minute lead through Truscott. Gorst then brought out a fine save from the Foxhole keeper. Foxhole dominated the rest of the half with Truscott grabbing his second just before the break. The second period was a different matter as Tavistock stepped up the pace. With some new summer signings and the return of some more experienced players Tavistock were rampant and soon reduced the deficit. Gosling?s cross from the right was headed in at the back post by Hamilton. Within ten minutes Tavistock were level again. Following some good work from Gosling, Gorst headed in from 12 yards. With time nearly up it was Tavistock who should have snatched it as Gibson?s shot came off the crossbar.
