THE colour and scent of one of the nation's favourite flowers will be celebrated at its flowering peak on June 21 and 22 during Rosemoor Garden's popular Rose Weekend. Highlights of the weekend will include talks, walks and advice, as well as special rose-themed trails for children.  Rosemoor has one of the largest collections of roses in the West Country, from modern roses through to shrubs, species and climbers, having proved the rumour that roses could not grow in the South West incorrect!  The gardens will be open from 10am to 5pm during Rose Weekend.
